Foundayo tablets contain orforglipron, a once-daily oral small-molecule GLP-1 receptor agonist developed by Eli Lilly. Unlike peptide-based GLP-1 therapies, orforglipron can be taken at any time of day with no food or water restrictions. Foundayo is indicated as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults with obesity, or in adults with overweight in the presence of at least one weight-related comorbid condition.

Ingredients
Active Ingredient: Orforglipron. Each tablet contains orforglipron as the active substance. Excipients include microcrystalline cellulose, mannitol, crospovidone, and magnesium stearate.

Gastrointestinal problems (nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation), abdominal discomfort. Most side effects are mild to moderate and occur during dose escalation.
