Welcome to Medetone LLC (“Medetone”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, patient portal, and pharmacy services, including prescription delivery (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 


 

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.

2. PHARMACY SERVICES AND PRESCRIPTIONS

  • Digital Signatures: By using our portal, you agree that your digital signature may be applied to your prescriptions and delivery confirmations. This certifies your consent for Medetone to process, fill, and deliver your medications.

  • Verification: At our discretion or as required by law, we may require you to provide a government-issued ID to verify your identity before a delivery is completed.

  • Professional Judgment: Medetone pharmacists reserve the right to deny pharmacy services if, in their professional judgment, the prescription or service requested is not in the best interest of the patient or violates safety protocols.

3. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • Billing: You are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs at the time of service. We will attempt to provide you with cost estimates before delivery.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of prescription medications, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of prescription medications once they have left our custody, except in cases where the medication is damaged or filled incorrectly by our pharmacy.

  • Insurance: You are responsible for any costs not covered by your insurance provider.

  • Auto Refill Shipping/Payment Policy:

  • When available, if you willingly opt in to have auto refills, there will be no refund issued once the order has been filled and shipped.


4. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

  • Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your medication within the expected window, please contact us immediately at 888.251.7558.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • No Medical Advice: The content provided via our Services (text, graphics, images) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician regarding a medical condition.

  • Service Risks: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medetone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any decisions made based on health-related content found on our Site.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
