All orders are shipped under Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) terms. Médetone LLC covers customs duties, taxes, and import fees. The recipient will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed and shipped after receiving the necessary approvals for prescriptions and subject to product availability.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to factors beyond Médetone LLC's control.

Customs Compliance
