It was so much more than weight

Madeline’s mother died suddenly. Then her relationship ended. “I had all of these major changes and traumas, and I suppose, in a way, I turned to food to comfort me.”
She started avoiding photos. Her friends would say, “Get in the front we can’t see you.” She’d join in, but always hiding.

So I decided enough was enough. I just didn’t want to live like that anymore, so I took action.

When food becomes comfort, willpower was never the problem

Life happens, grief, breakups, stress, and food is often the thing that’s there. That isn’t weakness; it’s human. And it’s also biology: emotional stress changes appetite signals, which is why “just eat less” advice never touches the real issue. A medically supervised programme works with your biology, not against it.

It’s not a discipline problem. Appetite and cravings are physiological, especially under stress.

Comfort eating has a cause. Understanding it beats blaming yourself for it.

You don’t have to do it alone. A registered prescriber builds the plan with you, and stays with you.

"I noticed this intense feeling of calm."

"I noticed my skin clear. I was sleeping through the night. Reduced fatigue, reduced cravings. I started noticing all these other benefits that, to me, felt even more important than the weight loss." - Madeline,

This reflects Madeline's personal experience. Individual experiences and results vary. Prescription treatment is only provided after an online consultation and if a registered prescriber considers it appropriate.

Madeline is back in her favourite clothes, "all of my old jeans." Her family and partner noticed something bigger than that: "how much happier I seem, how much more energetic I am. I'm really grateful for that."
